Our first time in Legoland was in Dec 2013 but I had no chance to write about it in this blog. If I was not mistaken, during our trip, there was LEGO NINJAGO show happening at the City Stage.
There were many people at that time and well, Malaysia being Malaysia…. PANAS!!!! Berpeluh! Tak tahan… So we didn’t even finish the show…
Last week when we revisit Legoland Malaysia, we were so privileged to be the first Malaysian to watch ‘When Santa Got Stuck Up The Chimney’ with other bloggers and media. The show is new and very nice but what’s made it even a better experience was the fact that the City Stage has been transformed into an indoor, fully air-conditioned theatre!
Tell me, what makes Malaysians happier than a plate of nasi lemak in the morning? It is AIR CONDITION! Yay! The theater is now so comfy and much nicer than last year…
Anyway, the ‘When Santa Got Stuck Up The Chimney’ is a brand new play and was written especially for LEGOLAND Malaysia Resort. Featuring a six member cast, ‘When Santa Got Stuck Up The Chimney’ tells the story of the Ginger Bread family. It’s Christmas Eve, and Mrs Ginger Bread is looking forward to a traditional Christmas with all the usual festive celebrations. She is trying her best to get her son, Ginger, into the Christmas spirit.
Ginger is a bit like Miki lah… always on her Playstation while Miki is always on his iPad…. tsk tsk tsk… kids these days…
Opening act before the show started
Although we don’t celebrate this festive season but I have always loved the magical feelings.. hehe (I am a kid at heart, remember?) I extra love the malls and theme parks during the season for the decorations, the mood and the happy spirit in the air..(Ustajah and Ustat Facebook don’t start with me, you won’t win the argument!)
Legoland is also offering lots of great Holiday Extravaganza celebrations that promises a myriad of activities including fireworks to ring in the New Year! (I love fireworks!).. Eh rasa macam nak pergi lagi lak, but Miki’s orientation at SK Seksyen 2 in on 31st Dec.

Eventhough the story is written in Europe but the customized sikit to get Malaysian’s attention lah. Hehe! Instead of leaving a mug of hot cocoa, Ginger and his Mom leaves Santa some Milo! hehe! But unfortunately Santa nya nampak kaki aja coz he got stuck in the chimney 🙂
This part is interactive. Everybody gets up and “push” Santa up the chimney… Rafa was emotional he was hugging me tight.. haha!

And then they have fake snow… wah so nice! Bilalah nak merasa real snow ni… Now that the City Stage is a proper theater bolehla ada snow kan? Before this it was open air, merasa panas and hujan aje lah! LOL

So that’s the show ‘When Santa Got Stuck Up The Chimney’ happening at the City Stage Legoland Malaysia in Nusajaya. It is the school holidays peeps, go there and experience it now.. 🙂
