Hi! I just came back from Report Card Day at Q-Dees where Miki has been schooling this year. Alhamdulillah I am very happy he is doing very good in his studies. His teacher said he picks up lessons like a sponge although he hardly pays attention in class. Earlier on Sunday, Miki received the “Best Improvement Award”. I was really happy but quite confused why he didn’t get best Mathematician Award or Best Bahasa Melayu Reading Award. Coloring Contest Winner memang tak la kan… hahaha Miki tak berapa berseni kot! hehe..
But seriously, Miki?? You lost Bahasa Melayu Reading Award to a Chinese Girl why??? At school you read with Penang slang or what? Haishh..
So after the dialogue with his teachers, I am relieved that he is still one of the best readers but can’t beat the award winning girl because she has gone through 6 year-old kindy for TWO YEARS! She did the 5 year old syllabus when she was 4 and the 6 year old syllabus when she was 5 and this year at 6. Nasib ko baik Miki…. Justification dari Teacher boleh diterima pakai… Kalau tidakkkkkkk….*mode mak tiri cinderella menjelma
I also realized that “The Best Improvement Award” is very good because the Teachers had to discussed among themselves who deserved it based on overall achievements not just individual subjects. Congratulations Miki, Mummy and Daddy is very proud of you but…..
At school Miki is too active and he lazy….
I think he fits the description of that naughty backbencher. He and his group of friends will start playing the second the Teacher gets out of the door even when she needs to fetch a book or something for just one minute. In class he lacks attention and concentration. He plays all the time.
I was speechless. The Teacher was talking about Miki or me some 20 years ago? deja -vu…. I guess naughtiness (and smartness hehe) runs in the blood. *pengsan
That’s Miki with his friends at school before we go off to the hall where his concert is.
Miki (they call him Luth at school) with Gabriel Lee. I hope these kids will be buddies sampai besar… Malaysia ni negara racist sket. Korang jangan la jadi macam tu…
Q-Dees is a very good school! Miki is his performance attire in front of school.
I think this is the third time I go to his class and he was showing me where the books were kept.
The year end concert was held at SRJK (C) YUK CHAI in Taman Megah. That’s me and Rafa at the auditorium. Rafa behaved in the beginning and eating his snacks.
And then there was music playing and he decided that he must dance. In front.
After that Miki and his class came on stage and Rafa saw him and Rafa cannot tahan wants to go up the stage with his brother.Mummy and Daddy head ache started.
So Azman had to hold Rafa all the way as Miki danced. It was such a good performance from all the students, congratulations to the teachers who were training them. But Miki faced #tallkidproblem. He had to dance at the back and we couldn’t really see him.
Nice one, kids! Congrats Miki for being brave and participative… Next he received the scroll from Principal, Ms Goh.
Last year in Little Caliph, Miki got the second prize winner ( Periksa dapat no. 2 lah!) But this they didn’t have that kind of exam but I am very proud of his Best Improvement Award. See the kids with their trophies. Cute!
Next, he joined the Fashion Show. The kids were wearing different costumes of people from around the world and Miki and his friend Kyra became the Egyptian Pharaoh and Cleopatra. They were so cute!
They also sang a choir together and this time Miki stood in front.
More pictures! I love them all!
Miki can fly!
