I am no guilt-free mom. I am guilty of letting my son eat chocolate at 8am and watch Spongebob at 10pm. I am guilty for not picking up early at the babysitter’s house when the sun still shine so that we can ride bicycle together for just 10 minutes before it gets dark. I am guilty for so many things…
And one other guilt that I have been keeping inside, being a blogger mom is that I am writing less about my second child compared to my first born.

Mummy loves you both Miki and Rafa. So equal is my love for you like they were measured with a magical love tracking device with an accuracy of 0.001 pieces of beating heart. And my official love keeper is the most experienced head cupid from the Ministry of Love, Department of Parental Affection.
Mummy is sorry Rafa, for by the time you were born Mummy got so busy with work and many other things… But please understand that by the time you were born, writing in blog came second after cuddling you endlessly and showering you with hugs and kisses…
How can I put you down to write a blog when you are so precious to let go?
Recently found out that AIA came up with this really cute and fun idea, Letter to the Future. Writing letters to my kids is nothing new to me, you can read my letters here. But this time around I wanna make it extra special because for every letter AIA receives, they are pledging RM1 to the AIA Touching Lives Fund. So practically we are doing a bit of charity there.
The application is on this website << http://lettersforthefuture.meltwaterrise.com/ >> and it allows parents to write a letter which our children can read in the future.
BTW, I submitted my letter and you can read it here http://lettersforthefuture.meltwaterrise.com/entry/1270833 .Why don’t you guys do the same? I believe it is worth it and very heart-warming for your kids to read later on. BTW, first 1000* letters will be packaged into a beautiful time capsule for your children to open when they’re older, thanks to AIA.
I have received mine and it is gorgeous!
AIA also turned some of the letters into video and here is one that made magical onions suddenly appeared in front of me that my eyes watered. Check it out…
Have a great weekend and I take this opportunity to wish all Muslims a blessed AidilAdha this Sunday, and especially to all my beautiful blog readers! Much love from me….
