The Day I Fell Down Kelepekkk On My Butt In Kea Farm Market

Ok.. now let me tell you what happened. One of the places that I must go to when I am in Cameron Highlands is the Kea Farm Market. It is situated between Brinchang and Equatorial Hotel and they sells all the freshest fruits, vegetables, plants, souvenirs etc etc… The shops are lined on both sides of the narrow road that although packed with shoppers and tourists still is the main road for trucks and lorries so huge sebesar-besar alam punya lori la!

When we were there as usual Miki was very naughty, didn’t want to walk but always running, wanted all the toys, lollipops, candies that his eyes could see. First he wanted a lollipop , then he wanted a Spongebob balloon.. and when only he had gotten both, he started to enjoy being in the cool bustling market by sprinting around like a little Usain Bolt. With a stinging bee strayed into his pants.

So we walked and we shopped and we ate and shopped some more. Maybe at that time, the energy in his body had accumulated high enough that he couldn’t helped it; all of a sudden Miki pulled his hand away from my grip and kicked his little feet again to run towards an empty space in front of him.

THAT HAPPENED TO BE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET! AND THERE WAS A HUGE VEGETABLE TRUCK COMING HIS WAY!!!

“Mikiiiii!!”I yelled so he stopped and turned his face back towards me but his whole body was stuck there and the truck was still coming. OMG!!! Newspaper headline flashed into my eyes

“Hujan Emas di Negeri Orang, Hujan Broccoli di Cameron Highlands”- Karam Sigh Walia.

Knowing Malaysian media, this is definitely gonna make a front page head news!

I couldn’t let this happen! I was not dressed for a photoshoot with the paparazzi!

So I ran! I ran after my baby that’s standing there waiting for the truck to hit him.. As I reached my hand to grab him, my pretty velvet flats decided to be more dramatic than me. They slid on the damp road. Yes they slid and my feet and my leg and bumbum also followed. Thump! A good smack on the ground. If only my butt was a bit fleshier, I am sure it would have bounce one more time carrying me several inches further. INTO HUMILIATION I WAS ALREADY FEELING!

I fell on my butt on the T junction at Kea Farm Market, ladies and gentlemen…

But I fell on a noble cause. To save my son from being hit by a truck. The satisfaction of having my son back in one piece superseded all the throbbing pain I felt in my scrawny butt. I love you my son, that’s why I cubit-cubit you ten times after that. You know I would do anything for you, even running after you and save you from a cabbage truck THAT STOP PERFECTLY 3 METERS AWAY FROM WHERE YOU WERE STANDING AND GOT THE BESTEST VIEW OF A HOT MAMA FALLING!

Memang vavi la sapa-sapa yang gelak… haishhh

Sedap gak la.. walaupun makan atas polisterene..

At Boh Tea Plantation, Sungei Palas, Cameron Highlands. It is so very beautiful here… If only I can wake up every day to this view from my window…

Actually kat ladang teh ni pun aku jatuh terduduk jugak.. tapi kat sini cam takde paparazi so takpe lah… cuma mmg hampeh la laki aku gelak kat aku.. siot aaa… kasut licin aa… kasut Adidas dah kena copet aritu…

Sila abaikan rambut Kak Limah.. aku tak mandi syampoo rambut la pagi tu sebab sejuk siot…

RM5 for three chocolate-dipped strawberries…Masa ni lom jatuh lagi… lepas jatuh Miki melalak je sebab kena cubit…. Aku? Aku control je…
