Mercedes is a well known brand for luxury car and McLaren produce one of the best F1 car that known for its power and speed. So, when both great brand teaming up, you might expect a high-performance sports car, the Mercedes-Benz SLR, which already on sale to the public since 2003.
For DaimlerChrysler of Mercedes, Mercedes SLR is actually an attempt by them to revive the famous line of Mercedes “Silver Arrow” cars from the 1950s, and they hope that SLR will indeed be a powerful successor.
